Approved unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.\r\nAs required by the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, (LODR) we enclose / furnish the following particulars. \r\n\r\n1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023, which have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. \r\n\r\n2.
